The “Cardiological Association of Northern Greece” is organizing a work meeting for sectors and specialists in the fields of health and social service, aiming the understanding of predispozing factors and the formulation of suggestions in order to minimize the barriers to equal access to the primary care system in isolated communities and socially vulnerable groups, in the implementation area of the CP INTERREG V-A Greece-Bulgaria program. (cross border area Bulgaria and perfecture of Thessaloniki).

This action is taking place in the framework of the “Reducing access inequalities in primary healthcare for socially significant diseases at CB Area’s deprived communities” program and acronym “equal2health” which is implemented in the framework of the co-eran program “CP INTERREG V-A Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020”.
